First Course
Mixed California field greens, dried cranberries, chevre, candied walnuts and a fresh pear vinaigrette dressing.

10oz New York steak hand cut, grilled and served with a rosemary demi-glace, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Chicken Alfredo
Linguine pasta tossed in an alfredo sauce with grilled Chicken and Parmesan cheese.
Stuffed Chicken
8oz Chicken stuffed with swiss cheese, ham and sage, oven roasted with a red pepper sauce and served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegtables.
Pan Seared Salmon
Pan seared 6oz salmon topped with a lemon-dill cream sauce, served with rice and seasonal vegetables.
Grilled Barramundi
With a pesto sauce served with rice and seasonal vegetables.
Pasta Primavera
Penne pasta with zucchini, squash, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms, tossed with a creamy marinara Parmesan cheese.
